Welcome to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College or as we like to call it, "ABAC." We are located in the heart of South Georgia in the friendly city of Tifton.

We are current students and we're here to help guide you to the ABAC experience. ABAC prides itself on having a hands-on learning experience. We believe learning outside the classroom is just as important as learning inside the classroom. Well, the student-to-faculty ratio of 18:1, our small class sizes ensure that you have a personalized learning experience with your professor.

You may think we are only an ag school because of our name, but our majors go beyond agriculture. Let me show you. ABAc offers both an Associate of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As one of the best nursing programs in the state, we have a 93% pass rate on the NCLEX exam to become a registered nurse and a 100% employment rate.

Our degree in writing and communications prepares you for a career in journalism, broadcasting, mass media, law, public relations and other related fields.

ABAC's psychology degree has four different concentrations that prepare you for whatever your future path holds. Biochemistry, biological sciences, health sciences and pre-professional tracks are tailored to meet your career goals for medical school, vet school, physical therapy, and more. Our faculty assist students with mentored research experiences. They're using our current high-tech equipment and their vast knowledge. Just another impressive thing for an ABAC student's resume.

Rural community development is a unique program and ABAC is one of the few schools in the nation to offer this degree. If you see a future in psychology, government, health and wellness, nonprofit, or sociology, then this is a degree for you. With the emphasis on social cultural development, or community health, our faculty can guide you to where you need to be.

Ever thought about being a lawyer? Or working in a museum? ABAC's history and government degree prepares you for careers working for the government, nonprofits, or archiving. It also prepares you for graduate school in law, Global Studies, historic preservation, journalism, and so much more.

ABAC offers the only bachelor of science degree in business in the state of Georgia. Our business degree offers a dynamic approach that opens doors within the business industry because of his versatility. A bachelor's degree creates business leaders of tomorrow who are capable of working ethically and effectively.

Agriculture is in our name because it's been our specialty for more than 110 years. There are multiple concentrations in our Bachelor of Science and Agriculture. We have animal science, agricultural technology and systems management, crop production, crop and soil science, general agriculture, and livestock production. Depending on where your interest lies, we can help find a concentration that fits you best and prepares you for a successful career.

Our degree in agribusiness provides career opportunities in sales, marketing, finances, economics, and other ag-related businesses.

ABAC is the only school in the nation that offers an agricultural education certification for grades K through 12. If teaching AG is your passion than ABAC is the school for you. We have graduated more ag-ed students in the past two years alone than any other school in the southeast. And we are only growing!

Environmental horticulture offers concentration in turf grass and ornamental, turf grass science, and our world-renowned turf grass and golf course management. Take a class at our nine hole golf course or come back to school and play a round.

Agricultural Communication is a quickly growing profession as our communication methods require larger audiences and faster responses. If you have an interest in design, sales, public relations, or communication for an ag-based company, then this is the degree for you.

ABAC's natural resource management degree has concentrations and wildlife, Forestry, and Conservation Law Enforcement. With almost 100% employment rate, you can find his career as a game warden, wildlife biologist, or forester.

ABAC's affordability is one of the things that makes us stand out against other colleges. ABAC offers in-state tuition rates for Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This is an exceptional value for tuition and fees for one year being $4,206. Suite-style housing is $4,820 and an unlimited meal plan is $3,090 for a total of $12,116 which is significantly less than the average annual cost of in-state tuition in Georgia.

That's the price before applying for financial aid, local scholarships, or ABAC scholarships. We provide excellent opportunities for a quality education at an affordable price.

You might ask Where will you live while at ABAC? Our freshman housing facility is ABAC Lakeside, which offers suite-style apartments in both four- and two-person options. Each room has a kitchenette, and our laundry facilities are free to students and look at this view!

With more than 60 student clubs on campus, we have something for everyone from professional development club, Greek life, to leadership organizations. We also have intramural sports and a state-of-the-art Wellness Center to keep you moving.
